Graeme Skinner, has added Bonanza to his arsenal, after a career of more than 30 years in the finance industry in various senior management roles.
Having completed numerous training programs including the Leadership Development Program (Monash); Achieving Business Impact (GE Crotonville) & the Omega Lending program; Graeme specialised in Risk and Collections management and has lead numerous projects and process flow reviews to maximise efficiency and effectiveness.
A logical & lateral thinker, with excellent analysis & evaluation skills he is adept at expense & cost control; increasing Net Income as well as developing strategies & training staff to maximise efficiency & effectiveness.
Born into a business family, Graeme has been involved in all facets of business, enhanced by operating his own Mercantile Agency & Consultancy/Training business for 5 years. Community minded Graeme has continually been involved in community support programs previously being leader for the National Volunteers program for Pacific (GE Capital) & ongoing involvement in numerous community events outside of his employment.
Cherry has over 25 years international experience in the financial services sector and in consulting. She started her career by training and qualifying as a Chartered Accountant and is a former Partner in a firm in London and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. She was the senior Finance tutor for 4 years at PA Consulting’s management development centre, Sundridge Park, in the UK as well as becoming a director of a number of leadership and management development programs. She then took a 4 year secondment to Malaysia to build the local management development business and during that time delivered courses across SE Asia. Prior to setting up her own consultancy in 2003, Cherry worked for Right Management Consultants as the Asia Pacific Solutions Leader for Talent Management, having joined Right when she moved to Australia in 1999.
For over 9 years, she facilitated programs for the Australian Institute of Management. Financial training assignments have included designing and running workshops for several universities, an oil company in Dubai, a number of healthcare providers as well as over 250 branch managers from an electrical wholesaler across Australia. Cherry has also presented several times on behalf of Leadership Victoria on the Financial Responsibilities of Not for Profit Board Members and run workshops for directors of NFPs and charities, as well as coaching CEOs on their financial understanding.
Mark Huynh has been a finance professional for 20+ years, starting out at the Norwich Financial Services Group and then moving to the Spotlight Group where Mark spent a total of 18 years in various financial roles throughout the group. Mark’s most recent role was the CFO of the retail businesses, comprising of the Spotlight and Anaconda brands with a combined $1.3b turnover and 200 stores.
Mark has a breadth and depth of experience having developed his craft in this large private group, gaining valuable experience in retail, property management and development, treasury, M&A and even viticulture, just to name a few.
Mark has a Bachelor of Commerce, completed his Honors in Economics as well as a couple of Graduate Diploma’s in IT and Accounting. Mark is also an accredited CPA.
